I have a question. I'm running for 30mins for 3 days a week and doing a lot of inner thigh, ab, and butt workouts. But I'm not seeing any changes. I don't want to bulk up? I want to tone. Is there something I might be doing wrong? Or is it a matter of just pushing myself more when I run?

I am trying to lose around the same. 12 pounds. I want to go down to 120. I've been runnning 5 miles a day six days a week with a vegan diet(no dairy, no meat). However, I was missing exercises to tone my thighs and butt. Good stuff.?

im 13 and i cant do this daily, whens a good time for doing these, in the morning, after school? by the way im on a? swimming team so that helps with cardio

Definitely still working out. I haven't lost much weight but I gained an inch n a half on my butt, lost 2 inches in my waste, and the celly jelly on the back of my thighs has really decreased! I think if I add more cardio I'll drop more weight. I'm shooting for 30 lbs or so . I'm 6'0" right now and 202 lbs. I have? a larger frame and carry it really well but I want to be more so in the 170s-180s. But love ur videos and the music. They keep me motivated! Thanx doll :o)

I started going too the" y" alot and trying to do excercises with my balancing ball and i just got some ankle? weights.... could you tell me what the ankle weight are really good for ?? is it good for when i'm doing my squats?? thanks for keeping up sexy:~)

variation... you should be doing more than just this clip. We have 7 days in the week...each day should be something new and? challenging...these clips if to easy should be avoided and try the more challenging clips...I do have them... spend your next plan workout session looking through my clips and making a playlist of your next weeks workout.. they should be hard... try doing week 5 cardio 2 times without rest then this clip...followed by my glutes and thighs clip where I am outside ..
